Art Los Angeles Contemporary, Barker Hanger, Santa Monica Airport, January 27th - 30th, 2011
Art Los Angeles Contemporary, was held at the Barker Hanger, Santa Monica Airport, in Santa Monica, California from January 27th to January 20th. The fair featured a highly exclusive roster of top established and emerging galleries from Los Angeles and across the globe, a newly established solo section, a conversation series, art performances and screenings. This year the fair was smaller than year's past. However, the number of galleries and exhibitions kept the fair manageable and easily to view. Below are some highlights of works of art and galleries on display. Overall, I enjoyed the art fair and the galleries who attended. The galleries and works of art on display were dynamic and thought provoking.
