The international photographic art exposition - photo l.a. - proudly celebrated its 25th anniversary fair that occurred on January 21-24, 2016 at The REEF, located in the historic LA Mart building in Downtown Los Angeles. The fair kicked off on Thursday, January 21st with the Opening Night Gala, held in honor of artist James Welling with proceeds going to benefit Best Buddies International.January 21-24, 2016.
